How can I include a clickable link in my videos?
Unfortunately, video files cannot contain links. Clickable links on platforms like YouTube and Facebook are added as an additional layer on the platform, not in the video. When you share your videos to these platforms, you will be able to add clickable links through the options they provide. Learn how to create clickable links on social media platforms.

Posting videos on Instagram
Sharing videos on Instagram is a little different than sharing on Facebook or other web-based social networks. Here is a quick guide:
◦ Download the video to your phone
Once you have downloaded your video to your computer, transfer it to your phone.
・For Windows and Android users:
Use WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or another messaging app to send the video to yourself and save it on your phone.
・For Mac + iPhone users:
Use iMessage or AirDrop to send the video to your iOS and save it on your device.
・All operating systems and devices:
Upload the video to Dropbox or Google Drive, access Dropbox or Google Drive on your device, and save it. Alternatively, you can email the video to yourself (if file size is not too large) and save it to your device.
◦ Posting to Instagram Feed
Make sure your video is 60 seconds or less. Upload your video as usual.

Why are my video cropped on social media?
Platforms like Facebook and Instagram will often crop your video to a square format. So when you post a landscape video, the sides will be cut off. You can prevent this when you post your video by tapping the "<>" icon to toggle between formats. Alternatively you can create a square video on AIVO to better suit the social media platforms.
